FAQs

Setting Domain A Record and SPF Record.

The information below should be considered when a new domain name is being set up on the server:

  1. Update the @ zone record to point to the IP address of the web server, currently 76.12.224.10
  2. Update the www record (if applicable) to point to the web server IP address as well. With some registrars the www record is set to point to the @ record. If that is the case, no change is required.

  3. Add an SPF or TXT record – Enter a descriptive host name (if applicable) with the following value:v=spf1 mx ip4:76.12.185.104/29 ip4:76.12.185.112/28 ip4:76.12.224.10 ~all
