The only options available in the "Forums" bookmark are colour selections since most of the administering features take place in the live forum.

The webCommunicator forums are organized Conferences > Threads > Topics. When a user enters the forums he/she will see the list of conferences with threads under them. If they click on a conference, only the conference specific threads will appear. If they click on a thread, the topics will be displayed. If they click on a topic, discussions appear.

In the live forum the following admin-only options are available:

  • New Conference
  • Editing a conference
  • New Thread
  • Editing a thread
  • Editing and deleting any posts

Anyone can create topics and posts and edit their own posts.
