To add a new profile, launch the profile manager, then select New.
Complete the top right-hand section.
- Description. This is the profile name and must be unique.
- Profile Type. Select from the available options.
- General POS. This will be used for Retail profiles.
- Food and Beverage. This will be used for Food and Beverage profiles.
- Member Billing. This will be used for the Member Billing profile. Note that there can only be one Member Billing profile.
- Credit Book. If this profile will be a credit book tender method, the credit book applicable to this profile must be selected.
The profile is now ready to be completed. Instructions will be provided on the following pages.
Once the profile has been completed, click Save.
Note: A profile does not have to be completed in a single session. Once the Profile Description and Profile Type have been set, the profile can be saved. It can then be modified anytime and completed as required. Before a profile can be used, there must be sales items and tender methods.
