Periodic Minimums
Buz Club Manager supports the management and billing of periodic food and beverage minimums.

Overview

To manage Periodic Minimums, launch the Billing Manger from the Outlook bar.

In the left hand panel at the bottom is a node entitled Periodic Minimum Groups.  Periodic Minimum Groups are akin to categories.  Once the groups are created, they can be assigned to members in the Billing tab.  In the example given above, there are three minimum groups.  The End of Month Group will have their minimums calculated and billed at the end of the month.  You can use and assign minimum groups to meet the business requirements of your club.  More details will be provided in the section on Periodic Minimum Groups.

When you click on a minimum group the minimum records will appear in a list to the right.  Each minimum record will have a start date, end date and amount. More details will be provided in the section on Minimum Billing Items.

Unspent minimum charges get posted to members' accounts through a routine posting procedure

To designate which food and beverage sales items apply against the members' minimums, there is a setting in the Inventory Manager for both categories and items which is labeled 'Qualify Minimums?'  Each sales item which is to apply to a member's minimum calculation must have this flag turned on.
