From time to time, servers will be required to add custom modifiers for an item which has been ordered.  To do so, follow the steps below:

• Touch the item to be modified on the order panel, then click Cust Modifier in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

• Using the touch keyboard, enter the custom modifier.  Select Exit when finished.

• You will be returned to the main order screen.
