Billing Manager
The Billing Manager provides the means to bill members for dues, lockers, assessments etc. It also provides for the setup and billing of periodic food and beverage minimums.
To launch the Billing Manager, click on the Billing Manager menu, which appears under the Member Manager group on the Outlook bar on the left hand side of the program.
The following application will load.
From this application the following options are available.
- Configure Billing Manager
- Manage Billing
- Manage Periodic Minimums
- Create/Modify Minimum Groups
- Create/Modify Minimum Billing Record
- Post Minimums
