The Billing Manager allows you to create member charges which will be posted to the member's account at a future date.  To view a member's pending bills, Right-Mouse-Click on the member's name in the Member List and select Pending Bills.

A form which displays all future charges to the member will appear.

Items in black will be posted on the Due Date while items in red are overdue and will be posted at the next posting.
