Manage Billing Records
The Billing Manager uses Billing Records to manage group billings. Billing Records define What, How Much, When and Whom gets billed.
Billing records contain the following information:
- Billing date
- Free from description
- Billing item
- Billing amount
- Interest rate if applicable
- Billing frequency (monthly, bi-monthy, quarterly, semi-annually, annually)
- Number of installments
- Bill at beginning of period or end of period
- Bill to:
- Individual member
- All members in a member or sports category
- All members based on a query
Once the billing record is completed, billing records will be posted as they fall due, using the posting process.
