Reference Guide Security Manager SECURITY - SECURED GROUPS Managing Secured Users

Add Secured User 

To add Secured Users, Click on Options/Security Manager, then select the Secured Groups tab.

Click on a Secured Group, then click on the Add button to the right of the lower box.

Complete the form.  If the user will be using the retail or F&B point of sale system, assign a numeric user name and password.  If the user will be using the F&B Point of Sale, assign table fore and back colors.  These colors are used to differentiate between open tables in the POS.  If the table displays the server's colors, then the table was opened by the server.

Modify Secured User Information

To modify a Secured User's information, click on the Secured Group as above, then click on the Secured User for which you would like to make changes and click the Edit button to the right of the Secured User box.  Make the desired changes, then click Save.
