Importing Member Roster

To import your member roster, please enter all of your member data into the Excel template provided.  

The columns where the header is green are mandatory.  Below are formatting requriements for specific columns:

• ClubId.  The ClubID is the member account number and can contain numbers and letters up to 11 characters
• GroupHead.  The GroupHead is the head of a group or family.  The column should contain the ClubID (member number) of the person who is the grouphead
• Phone numbers can be in the follwoing formats.  Do not include extensions or types in the phone number
  • (416)-222-2222
  • 416-222-2222
  • 416.222.2222
  • or any variation of the above without the area code
• Gender should be M or F
• Date formats shold be YYYYMMDD
• Blue columns are optional for golf clubs using the Buz Tee Time System
  • Golf Category
  • Bag Location
  • Default Transport (Cart, Walk etc.)
