Member List

Buz Club Manager is member-centric. The Member List is at the core of all membership management activities including modifying member information, processing member transactions and retrieving member information.

The Member List, as its name implies, provides a listing of all members in your database.

Filtering the List

The Member List is filtered to include records that you specify as part of the initial setup process. For example, you may configure the filter to show all active members. The filter will exclude resigned or suspended members.

The Member List can be filtered on the fly by Right-Mouse-Clicking, then selecting Filters and further selecting the filter of your choice. Filtering options include All Members, Default Filter and filters based on queries you have built using the Query Manager. The image below provides an example.

Find a Member

To find a member, hit the F2 key on your keyboard and start typing information about the member you wish to find. The information can be the first name, last name, account number, user name or home phone number. As you type ahead, the list will be filtered to include only those members who meet your criteria.

Once the list has been filtered to display the member you are searching for, you can:
