Station settings define the default settings for each Windows login to the Buz Club Management system. These settings include printers for different functions and default profiles when launching the retail and F&B POS systems.
From the Outlook Bar select the Setup Tab, then the Station Settings (currently Options/POS Settings/Station Settings).
To add a station, select the Add button. Complete each of the fields on the form by clicking the button beside each field and making the appropriate selection from the form which loads.
Below is a description of each field:
- Receipt Printer. Select the receipt printer which will be used for the retail POS when the user logs in with this profile.
- Hot Food Printer. Select the Hot Food Printer which will be used for the F&B POS when the user logs in with this profile.
- Cold Food Printer. Select the Cold Food Printer which will be used for the F&B POS when the user logs in with this profile
- Bar Printer. Select the Bar Printer which will be used for the F&B POS when the user logs in with this profile.
- Report Printer. Select the Report Printer which will be used for printing reports when the user logs in with this profile.
- Bar Code Printer. Not in use.
- F&B Receipt Printer. Select the F&B Receipt Printer which will be used for the F&B POS when the user logs in with this profile.
- Retail Profile. Select the retail profile which will be loaded when the retail POS is launched using the user login.
- F&B Profile. Select the F&B profile which will be loaded when the F&B POS is launched using the user login.
Note:
- If no printer is selected for a particular function, then no receipts will be printed.
- If no profile is selected, then the POS will launch without a default profile.
