Time Cards



Complete or modify the form in accordance with the instructions below.

  • Time Card Required for POS:  If enabled, the user will have to start a shift before being allowed to access the POS.
  • Shift Reports Enabled?:  If enabled, the Shift Report buttons will appear in the POS.
  • Allow Interim Shift Reports?:  If enabled, the user can print an interim shift report and not end their shift.  ***INTERIM REPORT*** is printed at the top and bottom of the Shift Report.
  • Enable End-Of-Shift Notes/Memo?  If enabled, when a user is ending their shift, a window will appear to input a memo.
  • Hide Tip Out on Shift Report:  If enabled, the the tip out will not appear on the server's end of shift report.
  • Overtime Threshold (Week):  Regular hours and minutes for a weekly shift.
  • Short Shift Threshold:  The minimum amount of time required for a shift.
  • Display Pay Rates:  If enabled, the pay rate will be displayed in the Time Card Manager and/or on Shift Reports.
  • Start of Week:  Select a day which will mark the start of each working week at the club.
  • Start of Week Time:  Set this to define the start of the day for the club.  If the club has a bar that closes at 2:00 am, 3:00 am would be an appropriate value to set.
