The Back Office Query allows you to send emails to a grouping that exists in your Back Office. This option is very similar to the Event Attendees option provided within the Built-In Recipient Lists. The primary difference is that you are only able to select one Back Office sub-grouping of your contacts, not multiples as is permitted by Event Attendees.
Select the Back Office Query radio button. This will open a menu listing existing subsets of contacts from your Back Office, grouped by categories that exist in your Back Office. The subsets are defined in your member Buz Club Manager server.
