The Registration Statuses page allows you to personalize the status options for the registration process, as seen in the menu below:
List Statuses:This is the default menu when you open the Registration Statuses page.
Number: The numbers are given automatically as you add Statuses to the listing.
Del: Allows you to delete the associated Status.
Status: This is the name of the Status. Some of these are default (you can change their name, but can not delete them), you are able to add others. To edit/change the name of the Status, click on its name in the list and enter the desired changes and click "Update Status" to save and apply the updates.
The status will automatically change to fit the registrants position. If there is approval needed, they will be marked as pending; If they are full registered, they will be marked as confirmed; If they are on the waiting list but not confirmed because the event is currently full, they will be marked as waiting list; If their registration was cancelled by a Staff member, they will be marked as "Cancelled by Staff"; If they cancelled their registration, they will be marked as Cancelled by Registrant.
Add Status: This menu allows you to add a new Status.
To add a new Status simply enter the new name in the provided text box and select "Add Status". When you return to the List Statuses menu it will automatically be added to the list.
