The Downloads bookmark is also known as the File Cabinet. It is only relevant if you have a File Cabinet page type. Here you may put out files for your users to download. For example, a PDF or company logo.

New File

To begin creating a new file press the "New File" button. The following fields will appear:

• Select Pages: Choose the file cabinet pages the download will appear on.
• Show File: Select whether this file be visible as soon as you upload it.
• Allow Comments: Choose to enable or disable the comment system for this file.
• Rank: Use the rank to determine the order the files will appear on the page, lowest to highest.
• File: Select the file from your file system.
• File Name: Enter the display name for your file here.
• Show: Set the dates this download will be available or choose for it to always be available. You may also make this a featured item (for more information see Featured Section)
• Introduction: Some lead-in text when people look at the details.
• More Details: Put any details you think users would be interested in here.

Press "Update File" to add it to the downloads list.

List Files

Your file cabinet will be listed like this:

• Pages: Shows the page(s) the file is available for download on.
• Name: The file's display name. Click to edit the file's properties. For information on the different fields see New File above.
• File: Displays the file name. Click to see the file as a user would.
• Size: The size of the file.
• Downloads: How many times the file has been downloaded.
• Rank: Use the rank to determine the order the files will appear on the page, lowest to highest.
• Delete: Choose to delete the corresponding file.
