Home

The Home page allows you see all cards relevant to you in a simple, table style format. This is useful as an overview of the most recent, and necessary information for you in most situations. The information found on this page can, in most cases, be found in the same format on other pages throughout the CSM.

To return to the Home page while browsing through the site, simply click on the "Home" button in the browser bar at the top of the screen.

Search Comment Cards

This simple search tool uses a Keyword Search, looking for words in the body of the comment card. For a more advanced search click on "Advanced". This will take you to the "Search" menu. You can also reach this search menu by clicking on "search" in the search toolbar at the top of the page. For more information on this see BUZ CSM > Cards in the Reference Guide.

Note: Only new/open cards are displayed on the Home Page

Current Statistics

This menu shows a survey of certain basic statistics that might be of interest. They delineate how many cards have been created by Department, Type and date (within the last week). Clicking on the links included in the name of each will open the Advanced Search tool, showing the cards based on your chosen parameter. Eg: Clicking on "Comment" will return all of the cards which were categorized as "comment" cards; Clicking on "Fitness" will return all of the cards categorized as being about the "Fitness" department.

Further Statistics can be found under Reports. For more information on Reports see BUZ CSM > Reports in the Reference Guide.
