Complete or modify the form in accordance with the instructions below.

General (outlined in red)

  • Auto Apply Service Charge:  If enabled, when tendering out a seat in the F&B POS, the Service Charge will be automatically applied and cannot be overridden.
  • Apply S/C to Gross (Pre-Discount) Price?:  If enabled, apply the service charge to the total before discounts are calculated, otherwise apply the service to the total price after discounts are applied.
  • Use Category Service Charge Rates:  If enabled, use the service charge rates defined for Inventory Categories, otherwise use the Service Charge Rate field below.
  • Service Charge Text:  The text to display on the Service Charge button in the Tender screen, as well as the text displayed on printed receipts.
  • Service Charge Rate:  The global service charge rate, this setting is ignored if Use Category Service Charge Rates setting is enabled above.
  • F&B Cash Customer Category (Deprecated)
  • Enable Gratuity Button:  If enabled, the Gratuity button will be available when tendering a seat from the F&B POS.
  • Clear Empty Table On Exit?:  If enabled, when exiting the F&B POS and the table is empty (no items for any seat) the table will be cleared.
  • Security Required to Delete F&B Line Items?:  If enabled, a security request will be posed when attempting to clear a able while members and items, the user who provides credentials will have to have the security right to clear an open table.
  • Show Send Item(s) Button in F&B POS?:  If enabled, the Send Item(s) button will be visible in the F&B POS.
  • Show Re-Send Order Button in F&B POS?  If enabled, the Re-Send Order button will be visible in the F&B POS, the print to the kitchen will have ***RePrint*** at the top and bottom of the chit.
  • Suppress "Quick Tender" Confirmation Message?:  If enabled, When using either the "Quick Tender to On Account" or "Quick Tender to Cash", suppress the confirmation message that appears before tendering out the current seat. (Note: This confirmation is designed to help alleviate user error when using the F&B POS).
  • Ask to choose member when opening a new table or adding a new seat?:  If enabled, the Member Search window will appear after opening a new table, or adding a new seat.
  • Auto Popup Member Info:  If enabled, the Member Info window will appear after identifying a member at the F&B POS.
  • Show "Add Cash Customer" Button?:  If this feature is enabled, the server will be able to identify a Cash Customer with a name or description, when adding the member to a table.
  • Show Half-Order Button?:  If this feature is enabled, a server can click on a sales item and change it to 1/2 order.
  • IRS Tax Form on Receipt:  If this feature is enabled and the number of guests at the table exceeds the threshold, which is set when the check box is checked off,  for member income, the receipt will include a form for the payer to complete.  Create the form as a text document 'nfp_irs_tax_form.txt' and place it in the Buz Club Manager application folder.
  • Roll Up Modifiers on Printed Receipt:  TBD
  • 'No Course' Title:  The text that will display for the default unassigned course when adding items to chits in the F&B POS.  The inventory category items may not have been configured properly in the Inventory manager.
  • Hold Button Text:  The text that is displayed when an item is held and then printed to the kitchen.
  • Max Covers (When Prompted):  This is the max umber of seats that can be added to a newly opened table.  This is designed to alleviate user error when creating a new table and adding too many seats.
  • Send Order When Exiting:  If set to Automatic, the current chit will be sent to the kitchen when exiting any table if the order had not been sent already.  If set to Prompt, a question will be posed when exiting the table to send the order to the kitchen.
  • Show 'F' On Dining Tables?:  If enabled, the letter F will be displayed on tables in the Dining screen, if there are orders that have not been Fired to the kitchen.  This only applies when 'Use Courses When Firing Orders is enabled for the profile'.
  • Blink Tables that have Unsent Items?:  If this feature is selected, Tables on the table layout screen in the F&B POS screen, will blink if there are unsent items on the order.

Tip Pool Percentages (outlined in blue)

Tip pool percentages will printed on each servers End of Shift report. There are fields for a percentage of sales for each of Alcohol and Food for each of Kitchen, Bartender and Busser.
